• EL Supplies will process refunds for goods damaged before delivery, not during or after.
• Requests for refunds can only be submitted within 7 days after the delivery date, inclusive. Requests for refunds take 1-3 days to process for approval and may be denied.
• Refunds must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the product. Partial or full refunds vary based on an inspection by our team. 
• EL Supplies has the right to decline any refund requests that do not meet the standards and requirements necessary.
• Full or partial refunds will take place after the returned order is delivered and inspected by our team.
• EL Supplies will pay for the cost of shipping from the customer's address to our warehouse address if and only if:
• You received the wrong product or variant.
• The item was damaged prior to delivery.
• Otherwise, if you wish to refund a product for any other reason you are responsible for the cost of shipping to EL Supplies, and any administrative charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Requirements:

• The product is returned with its packaging.
• The product has not been used and does not show signs of use.
